"UnofficialRobloxTutor.com" is an independent, fan-operated site. As the name says, it is unofficial and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and all related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Right to discontinue at Roblox Corporation's request

Because this site references the Roblox name and platform as an independent fan operation, Roblox Corporation retains the right to request that it be changed or shut down at any time. If Roblox Corporation formally requests that this service cease operating, we will comply. In that event, the site will be taken offline, public access to personal data collected through the site (booking and purchase records, access codes, email addresses, and other account data) will be removed, and the source code repository will be made private. A private copy of business and financial records is kept off the public site, solely to meet our own tax and legal recordkeeping obligations - it is never used to keep any part of the service running. We won't fight or delay a legitimate request like that, this is Roblox's platform and trademark to protect.

Live Roblox data

Several tools on this site (the avatar viewer, the Games and Devforum Posts pages) pull live, publicly available data directly from Roblox's own APIs and the Roblox DevForum. That data belongs to Roblox Corporation and the DevForum respectively, this site only displays it.

No outcome guarantees

Tutoring, consultations, and contract work are provided in good faith based on real experience, but no specific outcome (a shipped game, a certain player count, DevForum approval, etc.) is guaranteed.

This site links to and integrates with third-party services (Discord, YouTube, GitHub, LinkedIn, Stripe, Cash App Pay, and others). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services.

Uploaded content

Tools like the .rbxm viewer and script viewer process files you upload entirely to render them for you. We don't claim ownership over anything you upload, and you're responsible for only uploading content you have the right to use.

"As is" tools

The live tools on this site (3D viewers, parsers, etc.) are provided as-is and may occasionally not work perfectly with every file or every Roblox account, see individual tool pages for known limitations.
