AvatarSettingsAccessoryLimitMethod
Determines how AvatarAccessoryRules enforces accessory size limits when an accessory exceeds LimitBounds. Used by LimitMethod, which defaults to AvatarSettingsAccessoryLimitMethod.Remove. Only takes effect when AccessoryMode is AvatarSettingsAccessoryMode.CustomLimit.
