FacialAnimationStreamingState

FacialAnimationStreamingState is a bitmask enum that represents which facial animation streaming modalities are currently enabled. Values can be combined via bitwise OR to represent multiple active states simultaneously. It covers both per-user opt-in state and place- or server-level enablement.
