VideoCaptureStartedResult
Describes the outcome of a video capture start request initiated via CaptureService:StartVideoCaptureAsync(). The value is returned directly by that method and is also surfaced through the UserVideoCaptureStartFailed event when the result is not VideoCaptureStartedResult.Success.
