MuteState
MuteState is the microphone mute status of a local player in a voice chat session. It is passed in VoiceChatService events such as VoiceChatPlayerMuteStateChangedClientToServer and VoiceChatPlayerMuteStateChangedServerToClient. Defaults to MuteState.Unmuted.
