FramerateManagerMode
Controls how the Frame Rate Manager (FRM) dynamically scales rendering quality — including view distance, block count, and quality level — to meet frame rate targets. The FRM is enabled separately via RenderSettings.EnableFRM; this enum selects its operating mode when active.
